Sword sights
« on: December 07, 2008, 06:31:24 PM »
I put the new sword sight on my new bow and just have to say how impressed I was to get all the options for less than a hundred bucks.  Used to have the 7 deadly pins and like the sword better by far.  5 pins, expandable, military grade fiberoptics, and includes the light, built in level.  Check em out two thumbs up

Since I am still researching my new bow, I am curious as to why you like it so much better than the SDP.  I have been leaning towards the SDP.  I checked out the sword sight but will have to see them in person.  They seem to have quite a lineup.  Is the light legal for hunting in this state tho?

The light is not legal to hunt with but for late day shooting or gloomy days it sure helps.  One of the biggest reasons I like it is the extended fiberoptics and their placement on the sight.  I didn't dislike the sdp I just like the sword for the money and feel you get way more bang for your buck.  If I were to buy another sdp I would have to have a hoggwrap because I don't feel the pins are lit up enough in any light without it.  I don't think you would be in bad shape either way, good luck
