« on: June 11, 2014, 02:23:37 PM »
I got the golden ticket boys...grande ronde.

Anyone know where it is? :chuckle: :stirthepot:

But seriously, I have work to do.

Congrats on all the other successful draws.

I was told this is a hard tag to fill, and way overrated. Let us know how it goes.

Good news is you get first crack at em, and there's usually a dandy in there somewhere. Bad news is, not a ton of elk, they can get to Oregon on ya pretty quick, and once their gone, they're pretty tough to find. Definitely not for the weak, and you're gonna need to make every opportunity count. Good luck.

It will also test your legs. Bring your legs along with your skills.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
