Beware Idaho license buyers

Most of you prob already know since the special permit deadline has passed.  When you buy your Idaho license on line you have to print it out, that is your license.  If you call and buy it they will send you one, but on line sales you print it out.  If you don't they will charge you a duplicate fee, I saw on a post somewhere on here where somone was complaining about not recieveing their license and getting charged for a duplicate. They prob didn't print it out, I did the same thing.  Lady was nice though and sent it to me for free.  Just wanted to pass on the info if you buy Idaho license on line.

I swear last year my son and i stopped into sportsmans whearhouse to buy our archery permit. When they printed that out they also printed me a new copy of a license. Could be wrong thou.....

I bought my hunting license earlier in the year.  I recently bought the archery stamp and elk tag.  There was a big warning on the page saying that a new license would not be sent and that you had to print it out to be valid.  I made both purchases online.
Bring a GPS!  It's awkward to have to eat your buddies!

I bought the duplicate when I bought my elk tag...with a bill that big I didn't even notice the extra $6... :chuckle:

I save the $20 fee that they charge for doing it online and just pick it up in Post falls on my way there. They have not sold out in a few years now.

yep. I just get mine from cabelas and put on my cabelas visa for points. Got lots this year with my 3 year license and moose tag.
