North Spokane 2nd deer and Whitcomb Buck tags

I am looking for info on these if anyone has any, I have a buddy I met on here that has land in south spokane, that was the tag I was hoping for. If you have land in the north unit I would be willing to pay to hunt it or trade a fishing trip as I am a full time guide. The whitcomb buck tag I also know nothing about, if you have had it or have any tips info that would be awesome.

My daughter and I drew the same tag as you. I never have hunted that far south of Chewelah. We have to do a little door knocking. If I get a hot lead I will sure and let you know.
