I'm pretty sure that it's three shells for all of North America with the exception being spring conservation season snow goose hunting.

You all need to be quiet on the comments on the video.  That way the WDFW can do their magic.

the hard part is that it would take alot of money and time to track someone down for a ticket that you could probly just pay and be done with for probly a $200 ticket...they would have to go through a process to track down multiple people find who was shooting the gun, where they were, with little physical evidence other than a video of a gun with 4 shells...not saying i agree with it....but i doubt they would waste that many man hows on what im guessing would be just an infraction and nothing criminal....but i could be wrong

They have the license plate on the red truck.  That would make it pretty easy.  It is washington plates.  Let me look at the movie again and I will post it up.  It is on the public video so why not put it here.  It was put up to the public youtube.

so just give the guy who owns a truck the ticket? what im saying is there is nothing tying the gun in question to any one person...they probly wont just start handing tickets to everyone...until someone spills their guts...tho it would be nice if it worked that way...lol

What else do you need?  Names, Red Truck, and License Plate.

It's simple.
ID the guns firing 4 shells.
Look at the beginning of the video, they are posing with their guns.
TH has the plate number and their names.
1+1=2,
 even in Canada. :chuckle:
It's not true that I am good for nothing---I can be used as a bad example!!

About the only thing I could see happen is if the law decides to watch them to see if some kind of poaching ring going on.  As dumb as these people are about knowing laws, there could be more going on.

Good eye on plate number, 12 second mark.

Bet it's not worth WDFW dealing with, more money into catching criminals than recovered. It's not a wildlife conservation game, its a MONEY game... Fun for " internet  wardens" though huh? :chuckle:

If there were a  youtube video of goeduck poaching going on, you can bet that wdfw would be all over that.  ;)

This does bring up a story I almost forgot about .. :chuckle: A few years ago we were hunting geese on some leased land ..A friend has leased it for years and decided to invite me over ..Never have they had any trouble with the law until I showed up  :chuckle: :chuckle: We were shooting the heck out of some honkers and it was the best goose hunt I ever been on ..We were waiting for our last flock to show up since we only needed 4 more geese to limit ..well here they come ...We dump 3 and as they were flying off we see this green looking blazer just ripping threw the corn field we were set up in ...They get to us and start screaming ..PUT YOUR GUNS DOWN ---PUT YOUR GUNS DOWN AND LETS SEE YOUR HANDS  :dunno: :yike: There were 3 federal wardens and they were just butt heads ...They said we watched you guys for over an hour and we are sure you are way over your limit  :dunno: We had them in a pile behind the blinds ...they check them out and become angrier .. :chuckle: after they were down they ended up flipping over 150 shell decoys trying to find our over the limit ...Well that never happened and they just left ... I THINK THE FARMER SENT THEM A BILL FOR TEARING UP HIS FIELD TRYING TO GET TO US ! As much as they monitor facebook you sure would think they would be all over this  :dunno: :chuckle: :chuckle:  I always seem to be in the wrong place at the right time when it comes to wardens  :chuckle: :chuckle:

Just think BH45, pretty soon the wardens may have a surveillance drone dedicated to just following you around....    :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

I am surprised they didn't give you a hard time about not having your limits separated. Federal wardens love to look for that one.
I remember some Wardens pulling up to our blind in a boat to do an "in the field check." On this particular day my dad and I couldn't hit the side of a barn if you paid us. We shot about 3 boxes of shells and only had 6 ducks between us. The 2 Wardens spent a 1/2 hour stomping the brush flat around our blind and searching every inch of our boat and bags. They were completely convinced that we stashed birds and they were determined to find them. In the end they kinda made us feel dumb for shooting so poorly then they reluctantly headed off for the next blind.
Fish hard, hunt harder!
