I have one on a .270 Win rifle.  It is pretty accurate out to 350 yards.  I have not shot it farther then that.  I read a lot of good stories about them when I was deciding to go CDS or not.

I've got two.  On a .270, and on a .300 wsm.  Flawless performance out to 500 yards, so far.  I need to go somewhere to try them farther.
I can't recommend them strongly enough.
Be sure and take the time to provide Leupold with accurate information about your projectile, velocity, altitude, temperature, etc.

I have one on my Savage .338 Win Mag. I have not tried it past 325 yards yet, that's the max room I have on my shooting range in the back field, but it seems to work good to there. I just ordered a Leupold VX-6 3-18x44mm with CDS yesterday for my 30-06 so I am going to run a few rounds through the chronograph latter and get ready to order the dial so all I have to do is swap the scope and re-sight in when I get it. Getting ready for Oregon antelope in August and Nevada deer in November, I'm hoping the new scope will be perfect for those tags.

My 257 wby loves it. Scary accurate. Zeroed at 300. Any closer is within mpbr, past 300 I dial it up. Poor man's sniper/scout. Hard to believe Huskemaw had this market covered for so long at such a high price point.

Have one on my 300 Ultra Mag. Just dial it in and squeeze the trigger. Killed my Musk Ox at 450 yds.
