Dana and I are having a smoking bbq Saturday 06/21 celebrating my 50th and her
??lol I've got 2 ten pound boneless shoulder rubbed and 6 racks spares chine and membrane removed. Sides are basic with dutches wicked ones, macaroni salad, smoked mac & cheese, chineese slaw, and stuffed minnie bell peppers. Along with chips an dips. I'll probably start the shoulder around 10pm tonight and the ribs 7-8 am Saturday. Looking forward to filling her up. Pecan and apple is the smoke flavor this time. I'll post pics when the tbs starts flowing.
