3 Gun Competitions
« on: June 24, 2014, 10:22:04 PM »
Does anybody know of any local 3 gun competitions on the west side of the state?  I just did a 3 gun competition in spokane that was put on by the U.S. Marshalls Service and it was a lot of fun.  They run the shoot every year, but I want to do more than one a year.  Any suggestions?

tag, I think i might like to get into this...
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

Custard Shooting Range does one.  Paul Bunyan in Puyallup does one. Kitsap Rifle and I believe Marysville may offer one now.

If you want to do a drive, Albany, OR also offers 3-gun competitions.

Pretty sure Custer has more than one,The guy I work with plays 3 gun,he's always practicing 3 gun,Speed Steel and tactical stuff. Local Gunshop here called Tenex caters to 3 gun and law enforcement needs, great little shop and great customer service, they do consignment sales which is how /I found them. The shop owner is a 3 gunner and is a driving force behind the matches.

In case you haven't found them yet....

BrianEos.com and 3 Gun Nation are a couple of other sites you can go to for more general information and match locations.

Seems that A lot more matches are being held in Oregon than in Washington. If that's not far for you to travel, then check out the COSSA Practical Shooters and Oregon USPSA for their 3 gun and multi-gun matches.  :twocent
