Oregon Land Owner Tags

A family of mine has two land owner tags for deer east of Medford, OR.  What do I need to do as far as Lisc./Tags/Fees to take these deer off of his property.  He sent me some pics this last weekend and he has some mashers running around in his backyard.  Thanks for the help.

I think you need to be on his list that gets submitted to the state.  If memory is correct it can be submitted right up to a day before the season--but that might have changed.  Think it is restricted to certain family members and one outside of the family person (like a ranch manager).  If below a certain acreage, iirc, it had to be family only.  Try to find it under LOP in the Oregon regs.
