taxidermist in Whatcom County?

I will hopefully be looking for someone to help me make a bear rug this season and was wondering if anyone out there had any recommendations for a taxidermist in Whatcom or Skagit county. Preferably someone who might be able to teach me how to do it in the future. Thanks!
