feed pen
« on: July 07, 2014, 10:59:26 PM »
A farmer is letting me use one of his empty pens to bait deer. All I have to do is make sure to keep the cows out of it. I have a couple questions:

What type of area works best. Theres a few options but I'm guessing the middle of the field doesnt work too well.

When do I drop bait? What is the best? I have access to a ton of fallen apples so that will get me started.

Do I need a trail cam?

Thanks a lot last year was my first deer. This year I hope to take my new nephew out and show him food doesnt have to come from a grocery store
