Hooked on Toys has the best selection of powders in Wenatchee.  I was able to find some IMR 3031 and BL-C2 powders for my 219 Donaldson Wasp ammo there.  The hard part is getting someone to wait on you there....

Yes , they do have the largest selection and just got a bunch more in this last week.

Hodgdons owns IMR now, so the 4198's might be even closer to being the same than they were before.
