That second one looks a lot like an oly k8, If it is then its a great AR. Its hard to go wrong with any ar as long as its milspec or better.

They have good stuff.
I've talked to the guys down there quite a little bit back when I had the black rifle bug. Their receivers are very much worth the price...and being local is a plus!
I no longer have a need/desire for an AR, but they would be the first guys I visit for a lower.

I do like the custom lowers they make. The skull and cross bones logo and optional selector markings. I would get one that said "safe" and "STFU"
