elk season extended in Montana

Elk season was extended in most of 300 units I think!Anyone going to take advantage of it?Open until Dec,21.

Me too. Maybe a quick cow hunt and then back for a shed hunt. Going to have to think about that one.

Going back for three more days next week if they start to show up.  That is all we can afford as the fuel back and forth is 6-700 per trip.  Killed one nice sized 4x5 with good tine length(his second bull ever), but three guys still need theirs.  Could have easily killed cows and another smaller 5x5, but we prefer the challenge of a decent bull.
