Elite customer service
« on: July 16, 2014, 06:26:38 PM »
I got an elite pulse on a trade a couple weeks ago, and the stock cable slide was tearing up the cables a little. I emailed elite asking if they had a updated slide available I could buy. They asked for pictures and I sent them. They said no need to buy anything, they will send a set of cables and a new slide free! Well the package came today, which was shipped 2day priority, and not only were there cables and a slide, they sent the string as well! All this after I offered just to buy a $10 slide. Just one of the many reasons I now shoot elite bows.:)

Great to know. Bought an Elite Hunter last year and has worked great. Having great customer service is a plus :IBCOOL:

Yep, and I didnt have to go through a dealer. I can have them send me cams and any other parts to my door if I wanted.

These Elites keep sounding better and better. When they make a carbon bow I'll consider switching

Yeah sounds great!  The Elites sure do sound good, I have yet to hear anything bad about them honestly.

I had decent luck with bowtech, though I did have to go to a dealer.  Dropped bow of Sunday, Tues night got bow back with new parts installed free of charge..

They own winners choice. They just relocated their plant from oregon to the east coast.
