I am begging for a fishing trip SW Wa Steelhead
« on: July 25, 2014, 09:28:00 PM »
Ok, so I feel like a complete mooch but I am desprate. Does anyone know where I can bum or trade for a seat to go out after some steelhead in SW WA? I have always fished the Lewis but my key spots have changed and I only have a day or so per week at best to go. My wife is begging for fish and I have not done very well the last couple years. I would like to learn the mouth of the Lewis esp for night fishing but I will take anything I can get. I know how to bobber jig, drift, and plunk and have my own gear. I can provide some gas money and bring snacks or drinks or just share every bit of info I can in exchange. I like to listen, I am not one of those fishermen who will go with someone and then proceed to try to tell them how to do it or that they should do it my way. I know how it can be taking someone you dont know, if its not working after an hour then by all means, kick me back to my rig. I have Wednesdays and Thursdays off of work. I work swing shift though so as long as I can make it to work by 2 then I can fish the mornings. Any consideration is very much appreciated and I do my damndest to pay it foreward.

I can't help you with steelies but when Kings heat up a bit more I think we could probably do ok and toss in a few dungeness crab too.  Small duck boat but it's fishy.

Pm me if interested.
