I wont own meindls again either. On ky second pair in 3 years... the first pair took 3 months to break in amd were leaking and falling apart at 13 mnths. The second pair seems to bw holding up a bit better... maybe because tuey have enough freesole on them to hold anything together. Next year ill look for new boots. Kenetrek or zamberlan or lowa most likely. I bought some salomon hikers for this september and summer scouting and so far they are great (have 25-30 miles in them).

Lowa Rangers going on 5 seasons no blisters best boots I ever owned.They are only around 250.00$ :tup:
