the Spokane county scout website works pretty well when used with the county assessors website.  I get the parcel #'s off scout and plug them into the assessors website.  You do have to download a program to run the scout maps and I dont think its compatible with MAC's.

you can click on the parce in scout and read property info including ownership info.

I stopped in the fish and game office and there is someone on the nuisance deer list that specifically mentions that they are in deer area #1050

I think the orchards in green bluffs are in that unit.  Might be worth your time to ask the landowners in that area if they have any nuisance deer who need to be taken down a peg.  Just a thought....
