yes indeed, and were gonna use it every night as long as it stays hot. tonight, trying to decide if i wanna smoke a truck load of cornish game hens, or a brisket. decisions decisions

well i can say after 3 weeks of having this we have used it almost every single night, we have done beer can chicken, rips, steaks, pork butts, a brisket, smoked beans, taters, corn, and a few other things, and its the most amazing unit i have ever used  :tup: last night I8SKEERD came over for a pork butt, good stuff love this thing  :tup:
