From my understanding, no, it wouldn't make a difference. One of the reasons to do a trust is to bypass the CLEO sign off requirement that doing it as an "individual" requires. ( There are many other reasons people prefer to do it as a trust )
I guess I should have worded my explanation better. A lot of people were saying nobody ( no individual, trust or corp ) was going to be able to do a "form 1" and make the SBR yourself. They read the law to say that nobody could "make" the SBR in state. For instance, they read it to read you could have a dealer bring one in from out of state, and sell it to you on a form 4.
These approvals show that yes, in Washington ( at least for these folks ) a form 1 to "make" an SBR is legal and approved.
