I'm thinking about getting a GoPro and was wondering if the Black edition was worth the extra cost.  What is everyones thoughts that use them???

Buy aftermarket batts! The only con is they dont last long in cold weather

Depends on what you want to use it for.  Do you care for the higher resolution?

I have the 3+ BL edition because I need the extra resolution (2.7K@30p).
