This is the one is also posted on the waterfowl section under poaching.  This individual dropped way over his limit on this jump shoot unfortunately.

According the kids who made the youtube video... only a portion is shot in wa.
They are from washington, and state that some of the hunts are guided in canada...?
Don't know what the rules are up there... but this has be sent to a dozen different agencies, and noboby seems to care.
It would have been just a ticketable offense if caught in the field, but.... this "evidence" is only circumstantial, because the dude filming wasn't actually ON camera.
He stated that it's a mix of hunts of a mix of him and his friends.
I know what you're thinking... If I had video phootage... I would damn well know every tiny detail about everything in it...
But, Turns out, some of the phootage contains minors.
So what can ya do....
Basically nothing, but I like your attitude about showing it around so people know it's not ok.
Stan Marsh: "My Uncle Jimbo says we gotta get up there early. Right Uncle Jimbo?"

Jimbo: "That's right, Stanley. Animals are much easier to shoot in the morning."

This surprises me!  The Feds get wind of something related to waterfowl, they usually go after it like piranahs.  What normally prosecutors would drop or negotiate around the Feds chase.  Definitely interesting.

Yeah, but a bunch of kids limits the penalties. Your not going to fine them,  auction the house, and truck. Although this is really the same thing they got Foiles on.....
