My friend is so excited about this buck and the hunt. He most likely would have not got a chance at this buck if he had gone DIY. He had nothing but great things to say about the guide and his experience working with Mossback. I may never be in a position to hire a guide but we all know the guides have thier place in the hunting world and some folks need to use them. Only the negative comments on here have tarnished this buck :hello: I am so happy for my friend!

Well said, I agree with you 100%.

I totally agree that the logo thing is a complete disrespect to the animal and allowing guides to fleece our public resources is a bunch of crap!!!!

The beginning of the end!

Weird comment.

It's unfortunate that people feel like comments posted in this thread need to be made. We wonder why people don't post more stories about their hunts.

I would give the gonad for that tag.  Maybe even both of them .

"toe" was used since this is a family site.  :chuckle: but gonad was the preferred word

Buck of a lifetime, congrats to your friend!  My only negative comment is Velvet bucks do nothing for me, it's as big a turn off to me as being on a date with the wife and having the in-laws with us. :chuckle:  But in no way am I putting his deer or hunt down one bit, thats a great deer.  I would have loved to see it all rubbed up! Again, congrats!

Does it look like some photoshopping was done?  Guys hands in both pics look off especially the second pic  BTW, the animals are special and congrats to the hunters.

It's the angle of the photos. No photoshop. He's holding the deer by the neck and angling his head to the ground.
