 lots of good ones dropping this year.
"When my bow falls, so shall the world. When me heart ceases to pump blood to my body, it will all come crashing down. As a hunter, we are bound by duty, nay, bound by our very soul to this world. When a hunter dies we feel it, we sense it, and the world trembles with sorrow. When I die, so shall the world, from the shock of loosing such a great part of ones soul." Ezekiel, Okeanos Hunter

Taken on 10-15 North of Curlew just below the border. 70 yards across open ground, dummy wouldn't leave the does! #132 at the butcher.

My Quality Mule Deer Douglas Unit

With the optics I see on that rifle, I imagine he was in the next county when you lowered the boom.  What distance were you shooting at, if you don't mind me asking?

Heres my late palouse tag buck! Hunted long and hard for this one!

Wow! Nice buck! He was worth a long, hard hunt. Do you have a score yet?

Congratulations!

Not much of a story, 4th day of hunting in the manashtash during general season went for a hike behind a gate at day light then went driving too another area and seen this buck bedded down about 50 yards off the road across a little draw

The gun is dialed for long range but I shot him at a LONG 75 yards.  I will take close shots and be happy.
