Weyerhaeuser permit question
« on: August 21, 2014, 03:22:44 PM »
Does anyone know if you need to have a permit per person or vehicle? A buddy and I are hunting from one vehicle, but we are not related. Do we need 2 permits or just one. Website says each permit is for family, but do we hang 2 tags if we aren't from the same family unit?

Also, how long to expect Weyerhaeuser to get the permit to you in the mail? 1 week? 2?
Thanks in advance

You each need your own permit. When you buy one, they give you a permit and a hang tag. The way I understand it is that you keep the permit on your person at all times but whoever owns the vehicle should hang their tag...

Thanks for the info, I can't seem to find out how long they take to mail you the key.  does anyone who has already bought the key have any comments about how long it took weyerhauser to get you the key after you paid online?  their website says that it could take up  to 2-3 days to process the payment, but not info about mailing it to you.
thanks for help.

As promised they were mailed out last Friday, and I got them in the mail on Monday.
