Scotch Creek Wildlife Area Hunt

Hi guys just got home from work and checked the mail and there was a letter from WDFW so I opened it and it was a access permit for Eder Wildlife area. YES! I am really excited because it is for my 15 year old son who also drew the East Okanagon any whitetail buck tag in November. I am wondering if any of you have hunted this area during the special permit. Any pointers and information is greatly appreciated. Thanks Brian

Congrats to your boy  . I have never hunted the permit unit but hunt east Okanogan every year. You should have a great time with that late tag, I cannot wait for one of my kids to draw it. There are lots of bucks around during that time of year I would make sure you are there for the latter part of the hunt if schooling allows. I know there are folks on here who have hunted it and hopefully they will chime in.
