hybrid broadheads?

so i know mechanical broadheads are illegal in washington, but what about hybrid broadheads which are fixed as well as have a secondary mechanical like the reaper or grimreaper or whatever brand?

That'd be a NO as well.  They still have the "barbed" part of the mechanical that hangs the department up.
Bring a GPS!  It's awkward to have to eat your buddies!
