The Real Wolf - YouTube video

August 28, 2014

Dear Friends,

Below is a link to a YouTube video of Ted Lyon’s speech given at a town hall meeting in northern California.  We are hopeful this video will be an educational tool for someone that does not fully understand or is undecided on the wolf issue.

Tell us what you think about the video or leave a comment on YouTube.  Also, feel free to share the video link:

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

Kelley Moore

Yes , that was very good and the truth ..just makes a guy sick how they continue to get away with this crap ..They do not care about Deer - Elk -Sheep or cattle ...Something needs to be done now before it is to late ...Really disturbing knowing your government is part of it ..They put the wolves in Yellow Stone to control the Big Game not to massacre them ..Knowing they made a mistake you would think they would be doing everything in their power to correct it ..This is seriously messed up ..These people who support it need to be rounded up and fed to the nearest pack !!! :yeah:

Read the book; it is an excellent presentation of the truth about the wolf situation.  Readers of this book will be more knowledgeable and prepared to push back against the unfettered and unwarranted protection of this large, apex predator.

"The Real Wolf: The Science, Politics, and Economics of Co-Existing with Wolves in Modern Times"
Paperback – January 24, 2014
by Ted B. Lyon and Will N. Graves (Author)

http://www.amazon.com/The-Real-Wolf-Economics-Co-Existing/dp/159152122X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1409640085&sr=8-1&keywords=the+real+wolf

Another great book that does an excellent job of exposing the twisted reality of politics is:

Confrontational Politics
Paperback - October 1, 2010
by H. L. Richardson (Author)
http://www.amazon.com/Confrontational-Politics-H-L-Richardson/dp/0982707452/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1409640523&sr=8-1&keywords=confrontational+politics

It will open eyes and just might encourage the readers to be more involved in politics; like registering to VOTE and actually VOTING, contributing financially to political campaigns, and volunteering to help the right candidates win their races.

There is an excellent piece in the book about how animal-rights extremists were able deceive and manipulate “public morality” and the political system to get their desired moratorium on cougar hunting in California.

The same situation is revving up in Washington now (http://www.mountainlion.org/us/wa/-wa-portal.asp).  This organization has their tentacles reaching into 16 states with their propaganda and ideologies about cougars.  Just read the section that describes what they believe: “… Our nation is on the verge of destroying this apex species upon which whole ecosystems depend. …”  (http://www.mountainlion.org/about.asp).  These types of organizations are run by a few people, with extreme ideologies, that have learned how to manipulate the “public morality” and play the political system with their propaganda.  Check out their Board of Directors (http://www.mountainlion.org/aboutboard.asp): 5 from California (moratorium on cougar hunting), 1 from Seattle, WA, 1 from Florida, and 1 from Montana (this guy is also a board member of HSUS).  There are 17 people that make up this organization based on what is shown on the website: 8 Board of Directors, 5 staff, and 4 volunteers.  Just a few people that know how push and market their agendas and ideologies.

It appears the same types of tactics may be cropping up to grease the skids to ban traditional (lead-based) ammunition in Washington.  Be very aware of what is coming down the pipeline.  The Golden Eagle in Washington is being used as the California-style (California Condor) poster child as a traditional ammunition victim.  Yet the WDFW webpage on “Raptor Ecology Golden Eagle Contaminants, Residency, and Range Use” states the following “… sources of lead contamination in golden eagles in Washington are unknown. …”. (http://wdfw.wa.gov/conservation/research/projects/raptor/golden_eagle_ecology/).  Note the picture of the eagle standing over what looks like a partially consumed deer carcass.  Not enough attention has been given to other sources of bio-available lead in the environment; the focus unfortunately appears to be on traditional (lead-based) ammunition.  The Hunt for Truth website (http://www.huntfortruth.org/) is  a good source of information to help shed light on the deceptive practices used to advance the attacks on traditional ammunition.

It’s time to wake up and realize how our world is being manipulated by a just a few people that know how to skew “public morality” and play the political system.   A good start to turn things around is to make sure you register to VOTE and to actually VOTEVOTE for people that will uphold their Oath of Office to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, and actually represent their constituents.  Every single VOTE counts and makes a difference.
