new to hunting

I am new to hunting and am looking for places around the lake stevens, Arlington area to go bow hunting. Could someone help recommend a good place areaound GMU 407, 437, 438. Thank you.

Lots of good area. I'd start with the GoHunt app, grab a few maps, your bow, and get out there. Time is ticking away.

Head out hwy 2, toward Monroe.  Head up Woods Creek Rd, or out Sultan Basin Rd.  Good spots up there.

407 will be tough without private access. Not saying there isn't public ground but its limited. Woods Creek rd, as stated above, splits the 407 and 448 and there is some good logging roads to hike up and near lake roseiger. These are not secret locals, you will not be alone, but if you put your time in and find the sweet spots, you can do well in there. Lots of logging roads off of Hwy 530, especially the closer you get to Darrington. All will have deer. Again, just put your time in, learn the areas, find the sweet spots and you can do well.
