A lot of geese have been moving around the royal slope area. I have not seen a lot of ducks, but there are some here. However, I expect a big migration this weekend due to the weather. Expect ice here shortly on a lot of lakes.

If your going to hunt potholes, be prepared to have to break ice. Things are were already getting pretty solid. I am sure that if ya find a open hole, you can pull some birds. Small non moving stuff is more than likely going to be locked up tight.
