Bill Saunders doesn't make the whip splash. He used to sell them. The whip splash is made in Scapoose Oregon. By Eric strand the company name is Decoy Dancer. He makes the spinning wing "whip splash" as well as the "kick splash" a duck butt with feet that spin and splash the water. I use both products with great results. Just search for Decoy dancer or S2 calls and you will find them.

Both easy to replace the surgical tubing. Most guys I know that purchased the Aero along with myself, sold them. If all you have tried is the Aero, you may not know there are better options available.
What is better about them?

When I hunted with this guy last year who had one, a couple different times we had a flock of geese starting to flare off, he flapped those wings a couple times and bam they locked in and we dropped em.
That decoys is a joke looks like it's wounded and what mallard sits on the water with it's wings open
look at the mac daddy on that site!!! WTF is that!
