Need help with new area

Hi I have a situation. My hunting location was just sold and haven't scouted any new areas. I live in suncrest wa and was thinking about hunting around that area. Does anybody have any thoughts on that area? Good prospects or waste of my time.? I'm new to hunting so my skills are lacking. Thanks in advance
