Butcher Boys in Vancouver 4th plain. Have never used them. Eastside Meats used them several years ago. Little spendy no real complaints

Butcher boys is a nice shop. I have never had them cut and wrap for me since I do that myself.  Each year I haul down 50-100 lbs of burger to have them make peperonini for me. Best I have ever had! I make killer summer sausage but cant do peperonini like them.

Top choice on 4th Plain also does it.

That's who I was triing to think of, Top Choice. Not East side Meats.

I had Tommy's Custom Meats do mine many moons ago. Always good till he died  :bash:

I use  top choice also. No problems and easy to work with. However, I don't think they do anything with the ribs other than use it for burger. No big deal.

You don't really need to process ribs anyway. Those should go right in the smoker!

That's what I wanted, but they wouldn't cut em up for me. Like I said, no big deal I did it myself.
