Great hunt boneaddict, I thought it was  impossible to go after one particular buck in that big nasty country, and shooting a long bow.  It's a big big job just to get into that country.  What a great buck. Congratulations.

I have to thank my Dad a lot on this one.  Without his words of encouragement and his excitement of his past history with the country and his knowledge, I wouldn't have made it in there. 

I was just sharing a story with a friend on here.   So I was really trying to cut weight on this trip.  I get up on the mountain after my deathmarch and climb, and start setting up camp and pulling stuff out of my pack.  A sidepocket I feel something.   WTHeck.   Its a fist sized hunk of Jasper (a rock).   Dang kids.   I told her I would carry it for her....HOME, not back up the mountain.   100 years from now some rockhound is going to discover jasper where there never was any.

That's funny right there, it didn't kill you it just made you stronger!
