Garlic ricotta and chanterelle stuffed ravioli with sage brown butter and chantrelle sauce.  She's made a couple of quich's and a to die for beef roast with chantrelle sauce with all the mushrooms we've picked but this is by far the best chantrelle meal yet. 
all thanks go to Smossy for showing me that those were in fact chanterelle's when we were hunting last year.
