I am looking to make sure 154 and 162 are still open for cougar but can't seem to find any info! does this mean it's still open

could be an expensive way to find out of it isn't!!

You're good until Dec. 31st. It's only after the new year that they can close.

I was following up on what Timber posted, the number is in the regs. Not much help, but that's where I saw it.

It is open until dec 31st regardless of quota. From jan 1st on it may be closed. No need to check until january, go get em
