Love it,
Tell me about the homemade smoke generator you made there, i have the same smoker and that looks it would work for smoking cheese and??
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.

Thanks Guys  ;)

It's Awesome for smoked cheese. I smoke everything this way. If I use this smoker. If you try it you will to  :twocents:  ;) This is the tray under the pot. It' called A mazen pellet smoker you can get them on amazon now not sure of the cost any more $40 I think. Worth every penny in my book

I can attest, that is the greatest invention for smoking cheese ever.  Google A-maze-n smoker.  Amazon has them for $35, with a pound of pellets included.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice

Seen them but have not bought one, think i will now...
I like the way you have it attached at the chip load area.
Stupid question, you are using it to generate smoke and the burner in the smoker for heat like in the pic for the rabbit etc..
So no heat and just the smoke for cheese..correct...
Thanks...

Yes.  When I light only one end of the a-maze-n smoker, it keeps the temperature right at around 75 degrees inside the smoker.  I smoke no longer than about 1.5-2 hours that way.

Yep no heat for cheese 3 to 4 hours for me. I actually put the tray in the smoker for cheese no heat. Dosen't  melt but gets warm. This outside the box works great. Like I said this is how I smoke everything when useing this smoker. Another thing tons of different flavors of pellets which is another reason I bought the tray.
