The answer is yes, brisket and egg on an onion bun for breakfast IS definitely off the hook  :drool: I took sundays game day 10 lb brisket and slivered it on the meat slicer for Au Jus and sammiches, wow. look at that smoke ring  :tup:

i cooked it to the point it still had just a little bit of hot runny yolk to bust out but not enough to make it messy, man it was good i love beef and yolk!

yeah that looks really good.  I love the royal Robin burgers (cheeseburger with egg on top) at RedRobin  This just takes it over the top, specially with a good salt-n-pepper rub on the brisket!
