To the idiot on tiger mountain this evening

first-- its not modern season. read the regs
second-- That side of the hiway is restricted, no high powered rifles allowed. read the regs.
aaaaaand third, running up and down the powerlines on a mountain bike at 20 MPH isn't exactly beneficial when hunting. read anything..

doesnt matter if he was exercising or what he was hunting (but he said he was lookin for deer), either way,  its a rifle restricted area
