Wall of Wood Camp, I'll also be hunting 14 on the opener. We'll have a camp up the Salmon River out of Riggins. As you said it's very steep country. I hunted blackpowder there last Dec. Saw plenty of elk and deer, but didn't score. (was only open for elk then)

If you're going to be in the area (up past the hot springs) send me a PM and I'll let you know where we're camped. I'm hunting with a couple friends from Lewiston. Here's a couple pix I took from our muzzleloader hunt.
