In that last setup I only let out two soft cow calls right before the camera was turned on.

We could hear the bull cross the creek and we knew he was close. We could also hear sticks breaking as he closed the distance. I made the decision not to call anymore to prevent him from hanging up. This reinforces the fact that elk know right where you are at from a noise you make at around 100 yards away.

Awesome video and thanks for all the pre-shot footage, as has been said it really ads to the understanding of the calling and lead-up to that final 10seconds. :tup:
