I was really hoping elite would muster up a speed bow or something a little lighter. All the elite fans say "they're the smoothest bow on the market", well maybe. But they're slow and heavy.

Seems every single manufacture that has tried to take that type of limb past 340 has had nothing but issues. If they are going to stay married to that limb the speed is right where it should be.
My 85 lb energy 35 limbs are shooting a 530 grain arrow at 308 fps. They have held up fine. I think the Gordon Glass limbs are a little better than everyone else's glass (barnsdale excluded).
My original post was in regards to a company that stuck with solid limbs through 2013 and had a ton of problems.
I don't know about slow. My E35 flings a 532gr arrow @ 293fps. That's a fair amount of energy down range. I'll have to check out the new line up
You obviously know more on this subject than me. Does Elite laminate their own limbs or are they "turn key" from Gordon? Just curious.
