Late season chukar
« on: October 08, 2014, 08:49:04 AM »
So I'm looking at my schedule here and can see that I'm locked up travel wise until later in the season. Never having gone, does anyone have any opinions on whether chasing chukar in December/January is worth it?

My favorite time of year to hunt them.
however, wouldn't venture too close to cliffs . Often there is ice under snow. Extremely dangerous for dogs and people!

No, too dangerous.  You should stay home and watch football.

Good thing that chukars migrate south for the winter.  Go Hawks!
