Anyone know the name for the piece on the column that acts as a guide for the shifter to engage park, drive ect. Trucks a 2006 f150 4x4

Are you talking about the indicator? As in P R N D 2 L? Manual lever position indicator? Is that what you are asking or are you looking for something else?
