Smoking a whole duck?
« on: November 11, 2014, 10:19:25 AM »
I wanted to smoke a whole duck and wondering what you folks do? I don't duck hunt, so this duck is store bought 😁
I got a few buddies that said they've done it before and it was very good?

I use one pan of cherry and one pan of hickory in my little chief. Then finish in the oven

Be sure and place in a deep roasting pan and stab the heck out to allow the quart of fat out of the thing. Good eating though!
