I've been out there 3 days and haven't seen a thing. It's a joke this year. They charged 20 bucks this year  and only 2 unit on the weekend one during the week. A total of 45 people . 27 in unit 20  18 in unit 3. Unit 3 only this year during the week. Haven't herd of anything taken yet. I think they have tree hugger running the range control. This year.     We get unit 20 and 3 this weekend.  But we get a bonus this weekend area 9 Sunday .

I might check out area 20. I heard the central impact area towards the end of mr season is good. I'll post if I see anything

Lots of deer and yotes in TA20 on JBLM. I passed on a 10-15 yard shot on what I think was a small buck but could not see what it was for sure in the low light. Lots of shots sat morning as well so could be a good area.

TA 20 is the area that I have hunted all season. I've seen a total of 4 does, and one cougar.  From what I understand, the New Post Commander has ordered minimal areas to be open this year. His Post, his rules.

I'm going to Ashford in the morning.

That could be better for next year and if bears and other wildlife keep showing up in the housing area more areas will open up
