Got this guy today after I jumped him. He boiled off into the bottom of the draw and I got up and around and snuck in on him hunkered down hiding, waiting for me to leave. I waited a couple minutes for him to move out from behind a some brush and when he did, I let him have it. Pretty cool hunt.
.      Small world dude, talked to you up k-creek on your bike last week recognized the Simms hat. Congrats on the buck
Haha that's funny. Thanks

Got this guy on the 25th during the storm. Was definitely not expecting a two point when I got up to him but still very happy. Go figure I could have shot a giant the day after I was tagged out  :bash:

That's exactly what I did. Last bit of light my buddy and I saw a white faced buck and had a good frame, looked like a good one so I took him... Walked up to a two point real similar to yours but no eye guard. Rolled the dice and struck out!

There was hardly any wear on his teeth. i would guess him at about 5. Just good genetics and I was lucky to catch him in his prime.

Ya its hard to pass on a buck with a frame like his and a big swelled neck at last light in a monsoon. Not the wall mounter I wanted but I'm using his cape to mount my grandpas set of 135" horns with so it worked out good. I love this thread  great bucks guys. chad post up a pic of yours.
