Looks like it was a fun hunt. I love Wyoming. I'm in the same boat as Boneaddict, still building points and hoping to beat the wolves out of one soon. 14 points and counting.

Finished the cut and wrap, grinding and canning today, all done and ready to give stuff a try shortly!
I cut back straps, sirloin and round steaks, a few roasts and some flanks steak for the grill! Lots of 100% ground moose! no fat added. Really looking forward to the tasty of success!

For the sake of all purpose use, we only add a 1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt to the bottom of the jar before adding the meat.
