I would think 180 ish ...I boned it all out and got 106 pounds ..every rack in my frig is full ..2 inches of fat over the entire back and hind quarters .. The one my niece shot could have hit 250 ...the head and neck weighed right at 50 pounds ...they are really fat right now but we all know that is about to change  :chuckle:
