Throphy photos don't have tags.  Notch as soon as the animals recovered and   Attach as soon as photos are finished.  To many wanna be enforcement officers on here to post up pics anymore geez.  Great hunt Matt.  Thanks for sharing.

I asked what hunt this was and he said a good one.  I don't see a tag and there are only a few early rifle hunts.  I am sure the game department has looked into it, but I still wanna know what unit!  I can eliminate the unit 1 early hunt, not that much backcountry up here.  The ones down south I am not so sure of, except its obviously not a desert unit, anyone got an idea?

I hike quite a bit up in u it 1.

Does not look like that country :dunno:

I notch, but don't affix, because tag goes with meat and meat comes out first.  I take photos without tags showing.  But......like Plat said,  hard to look at any of this and not wonder.   I wonder how mr kiss feels about his idol now.

Talk about internet police.
 :police:
I will wait 10 minutes or so to snap a few pictures before affixing my tag. I notch immediately, snap a few pics, attach the tag, then put my orange back on  :yike: and put the tag on, then take another pic so I can show everyone I was all legal and legit.

Man, difficult to look at all the other hunts and wonder how many of those may have been legitimate... :dunno:

I Guess it depends on what the definition of "legitimate" is, and from the little bit I have seen of these type of shows, and what I have seen the individuals involved in - they certainly use a much more plastic and flexible definition of legitimate than the individuals I choose to associate with.  I don't have a television, but I do see these shows on occasion when visiting friends homes.  From what I have seen, they are not for me.

You seem to have a think about pointing out the negative in lots and lots of posts. Please stop. I think you're new here. We sort of try to defer from that practice. If you don't like the things that are posted on here, it's just like the radio or the TV. There are other things to watch/read/listen to. Feel free to turn off the internet.

yes sir.   :) Was just pointing out the fact that this perticular hunter was a poacher and chances are that this buck was also poached.

just so everyone knows first Idaho doesn't have hunter orange law so he can wear whatever, 2nd it say attach tag to the largest portion of meat, putting em on horns can technically get you a ticket,

I wasn't referring to the tag issue, I was referring to his poaching issue in Montana. That occurred over many years and also in another state. That's not to say he didn't commit the same offense in other states.   :dunno:
